Len Kaplan has 25 years experience in business process improvement across multiple industries, including aerospace, energy, petroleum, healthcare, manufacturing, and high-tech. Len has managed more than 80 successful innovative projects. Consulted Fortune 500 companies, as well as multiple foreign companies (Russia, Ukraine, Canada, Spain, France, Germany and Japan).
